These Terms of Service govern your use of the BuyTCN sourcing platform operated by Bshine Ltd. Please read them before using the Service or making a payment.

By accessing https://sourcing.buytcn.com, submitting a request, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms in accordance with Section 16.
BuyTCN is a purchasing and sourcing service. We help customers outside China buy products from Chinese suppliers. Depending on your request, the Service may include: obtaining a purchase quote from a product link you provide; researching suppliers for a product you describe; communicating with suppliers; inspecting goods before international shipment where the order allows; arranging consolidation and international shipping; and providing documentation for the transaction. We are a service provider, not the manufacturer, not the seller of the goods, and not the carrier. We do not take title to the goods we purchase on your behalf, and we do not operate the payment processor named in Section 5.
Availability of specific services depends on the product, the supplier and the destination country. Anything we cannot verify, we will tell you we cannot verify rather than assert it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of supplier claims, and supplier descriptions are not treated as proof of authenticity.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use the Service. To submit a sourcing request you must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us: incorrect quantities, specifications, addresses or product details may result in an order we cannot fulfil or correct without additional cost. We may decline or cancel any request where information cannot be verified, where the request is unlawful, or where it falls under the prohibited categories in Section 10.
The Service is a sourcing and purchasing service, not a shop. There are three ways to work with us, and they are priced differently. (A) Product-link quote: you send us a link to a product you have already found, and we obtain a purchase quote for you free of charge. (B) $10 sourcing deposit: where you have no product link, you pay a one-time $10 sourcing deposit and we research suppliers to identify a suitable product. (C) B2B or custom sourcing: for business, private-label, custom-manufacturing or large-volume requirements, where the scope of work and our fee are agreed separately in writing before any work begins. In every case we are sourcing and purchasing on your instruction: we do not sell you the goods ourselves, and we do not take title to them.
The $10 sourcing deposit is not the price of the product, and paying it does not place an order for any product and does not authorise us to purchase anything on your behalf. See Section 5 for how the deposit is credited.
Every charge on this Service is a one-time charge for a specific transaction that you initiate. We do not operate a subscription service: there is no monthly or yearly subscription, no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, no automatic top-up and no prepaid credit packs. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Only the following charges can apply, and each is authorised by you at the time of payment: (a) a product-link quote, which is free of charge; (b) a $10 (USD) sourcing deposit, charged when you ask us to find a product and no product link is available; and (c) our purchase service fee and any separately agreed custom-sourcing fee. Our purchase service fee is calculated on the merchandise value and is confirmed with you in an itemised quote before it is charged. The current fee structure is published at https://sourcing.buytcn.com/pricing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; import duties, customs charges and destination-country taxes are not included in our prices and remain your responsibility.
If you provide a link to a product, we obtain a purchase quote for you free of charge. No payment is required to receive a product-link quote, and no payment is taken at that stage.
If you do not have a product link, we ask for a one-time $10 (USD) sourcing deposit. The deposit starts the sourcing work: it pays for us to research suppliers and identify a suitable product. The deposit is not the price of the product and is not payment for the goods. Paying the deposit does not authorise us to purchase any product on your behalf.
The $10 sourcing deposit is credited in full — 100% — toward your BuyTCN purchase service fee when the order is placed. It is a credit against our service fee, not against the price of the goods, and it is applied once an order is placed.
No product is purchased without your approval. Before any purchase is made we send you an itemised quote setting out the merchandise value, our service fee and any other amount. No order is placed, and no charge beyond the $10 sourcing deposit is made, until you approve that quote.
For business, private-label, custom-manufacturing or large-volume requirements, the scope of work and our fee are agreed separately in writing before work begins; those agreed terms supplement these Terms and prevail over them for that specific engagement. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout. Card data is entered through the payment processor's hosted checkout and is not stored by BuyTCN. We do not store your full card number, and your use of the hosted checkout is also subject to the processor's own terms.
We do not claim that BuyTCN is certified under any card-industry security standard. The security of the card data you enter is provided by the payment processor's hosted checkout, not by us.
When a request is cancelled: no further charges are made for that request; any work not yet performed is not billed; amounts already paid for work not yet performed are refunded in accordance with Section 7; and amounts already committed to a supplier for goods ordered on your instruction are handled as described in Sections 7.3 and 7.4. If work has already been performed or an order has already been placed with a supplier, we will tell you what has been committed before we stop, so you know what can and cannot be recovered.
There is no subscription to cancel, because we do not operate a subscription service. What you can cancel is an in-progress sourcing request. You may stop a request at any time by replying to your request thread, by using the request status page with your request ID, or by emailing us at services@buytcn.com quoting your request ID. We confirm cancellations by email within 1 business day.
If we stop providing the Service to you — whether because the request falls under the prohibited categories in Section 10, because information could not be verified, or because we are unable to source the product — we will tell you why, and we will not bill you for work not performed. Our right to charge our minimum service fee applies only where work has actually been performed.
Because our service is performed on your instructions and involves committing funds to suppliers, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated in Section 7.2. This section is supplemented by, and should be read together with, the dedicated Refund Policy at https://sourcing.buytcn.com/refund.html. This section does not create a blanket guarantee that any payment is refundable, and it does not state that every sourcing deposit is automatically refundable.
We refund in the following situations: (a) Duplicate or erroneous charge: a full refund of any billing error, including a duplicate charge. (b) Service we could not perform: if we charged you and were unable to perform the work, we refund the amount for the unperformed work, less any amount already committed to a supplier on your instruction, which we will show you. (c) Sourcing deposit where nothing suitable was found: if we cannot find anything suitable, you may choose to keep the $10 as credit toward a future order or to receive a refund of the $10 deposit. (d) Statutory rights: if the law applicable to you grants withdrawal or refund rights (for example a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU or UK), those rights are preserved and are not limited by this policy. (e) Verified prolonged service failure on our part: where an error on our side prevented performance and this lasted more than 72 hours, we refund the affected amount.
To request a refund, contact us at services@buytcn.com with your account email, your request ID or transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days, and we process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If a refund cannot be returned to the original method, we will tell you and agree an alternative with you in writing.
The following are not refundable: (a) fees for work already performed, including supplier research already carried out and supplier communication already undertaken, subject to Section 7.2(b); (b) amounts already paid by us to a supplier for goods you instructed us to order, where the supplier's own policy does not allow cancellation or return; (c) international shipping costs already incurred after dispatch; (d) import duties, customs charges and destination-country taxes; (e) our minimum service fee where supplier research has actually been performed on a small order; and (f) accounts closed for violation of these Terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy.
If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us at services@buytcn.com before disputing the charge with your bank. Include your request ID or transaction ID, the amount, the date, and what you believe is incorrect. We commit to responding within 2 business days and to resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. Contacting us first is almost always faster than a chargeback, and it lets us correct the record rather than freeze the transaction. If we cannot resolve it, you retain every right to dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer.
BuyTCN does not currently use a third-party artificial-intelligence provider to process your requests in production. The automated screening described below is performed by our own rules-based engine, which runs on our servers and classifies each request against published criteria. If we introduce a third-party artificial-intelligence provider in the future, we will name it in this section and update our Privacy Policy before it processes any personal data.
Our sourcing assistant is an automated intake form. It helps you describe your requirement and it screens each request against our rules. It does not make purchasing decisions, it does not take payment, it does not place orders and it does not make commitments on our behalf. A member of our team reviews every request before a quote is issued, before a supplier is contacted and before any payment is made. Automated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, so do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You retain ownership of the information, images and documents you send us, and you confirm you have the right to send them. We use them only to perform the Service. Material we produce — photos, inspection records, quotes and reports — may be used by you for any lawful purpose relating to your order. We do not claim ownership of your product designs or trademarks.
You may not use the Service to source, purchase, consolidate, ship or pay for: replicas, counterfeit goods or unauthorised branded goods; goods that infringe copyright, trademarks, patents or design rights; weapons, ammunition, explosives or their components; controlled drugs, precursor chemicals or drug paraphernalia; items that promote or facilitate terrorism, extremism or mass violence; child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors; live animals or protected wildlife products; human remains or human tissue; hazardous or toxic materials that cannot lawfully be shipped; goods subject to trade sanctions or export controls that apply to you or to us; items designed to circumvent safety or security controls; and anything unlawful in China, in the destination country, or under the law applicable to you. Our full Acceptable Use Policy is published at https://sourcing.buytcn.com/aup.html and forms part of these Terms. We may decline, cancel or reverse any request that falls under any of these categories, and we may report criminal matters to the relevant authorities.
We collect the information you give us (name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, WeChat ID and company name), the details of your request (product, quantity, target budget, destination country, brand status, customisation) and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site. We use it to answer your request, to place and track orders you approve, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at https://sourcing.buytcn.com/privacy.html. Payment card data is processed exclusively through Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout and is not stored by BuyTCN. We do not sell your personal data. Our retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers and inspecting goods where the order allows, but we do not manufacture the goods and we cannot control the supplier's production, packaging or dispatch. We do not guarantee that any product will meet your expectations, that a supplier will remain available, or that a shipment will not be delayed by customs or by the carrier. Where we cannot verify something, we will say so rather than imply a guarantee.
Some parts of the Service use automated processing. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify automated guidance with a qualified professional before acting on it. Our sourcing assistant is an automated intake form, not a person, and it does not take payment, place orders or make commitments on our behalf.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSHINE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms apply from the moment you first use the Service and continue until your account is closed or your last request is completed. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing would expose us to legal or regulatory risk. Where we suspend or end access, we will tell you the reason unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Sections 9, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at services@buytcn.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly — most issues are resolved this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may bring proceedings in the competent courts of Changsha, Hunan, China. Nothing in this Section prevents you from bringing a claim in your own country of residence where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you that right, or from using any statutory dispute-resolution scheme available to you.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date, and the current version will always be published at https://sourcing.buytcn.com/terms.html with its version number and effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us on this subject. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version; translations are provided for convenience.
Every channel below is monitored. We would rather list fewer real channels than several we do not answer.
