This policy explains what personal data BuyTCN collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We keep it short on purpose: we collect little, we use it to answer your request, and we do not sell it.

The privacy contact for all data-protection matters is services@buytcn.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer: we are not required to appoint one, and data-protection queries are handled through the same monitored contact address.
We keep each category of personal data only for the period shown below. When that period ends, the data is deleted. Where the law requires us to keep a record for longer, we keep it for that longer period and store it separately from active data.
The last row above is stored on your own device, not on our servers, so it is deleted whenever you clear your browser storage.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access), ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to a particular use, or ask us to transfer data you gave us to another provider (portability). Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Email services@buytcn.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where the law applicable to you grants additional rights (for example under the GDPR in the EU or UK), those rights are preserved, including your right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may have to keep certain records where the law requires it — we will tell you if that applies.
The Service is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a sourcing request. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact services@buytcn.com and we will delete it.
We are based in China and we serve customers worldwide, so your data may be transferred to and processed in China and in the countries where our service providers operate. Our site is delivered through a global content-delivery network, which may serve content from more than one region. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards required by the law applicable to that transfer. The site is served over HTTPS. Card data never reaches our servers. Access to request data is limited to the team members who need it to answer your request. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
