BuyTCN is a purchasing and sourcing service operated by Bshine Ltd. BuyTCN is the service brand; Bshine Ltd is the operating entity that handles your order. Payments for the sourcing deposit are processed through Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout.

What is the $10 sourcing deposit and is it an extra fee?

Accepted Answer

The $10 deposit starts product and supplier research when you do not have a product link. The full $10 is credited toward your purchase service fee when you place an order. It does not purchase any product.

Question 3

Do I pay for products before I approve them?

Accepted Answer

No. You receive an itemized quotation before anything is charged. A quote is not an automatic purchase, and we only place the order with the seller after you approve it.

Question 4

Will I see photos of my items before they ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Eligible orders can receive QC photos after the goods arrive in China. QC is a visual inspection service. It does not replace professional testing and does not guarantee hidden defects.

Does BuyTCN source replicas or counterfeit goods?

No. BuyTCN does not source counterfeit products, replicas or unauthorized branded goods. For branded products, supplier descriptions alone are not treated as proof of authenticity.
